| Individuals: If you are dissatisfied with our services, you can receive a full or partial refund for the month during which the cancellation occurred. A one time cancellation and processing fee of $15 may apply. | Coaches: Requests for refunds and / or cancellations of annual or other long-term services will be charged a $150 cancellation fee. Refunds can be made only for the months following the date of cancellation. |
