3S Daily Training Plans
The 3S System is based on a progressive and results-oriented coaching philosophy. That means that EVERY workout and its components (training efforts) should have a purpose and produce a positive training effect that is immediate and cumulative. When we say "positive", we also mean adequate to your current ability level and season goals.  

This may sound complicated. And it is! Contemporary training methodology is based on a lot of science, and we employ the latest and most effective methods in order to bring you the results you want without wasting a minute of your time. So all you will have to worry about is how to understand, interpret, and apply the training efforts we suggest.  

The sample weekly plan that follows below is designed for an “average” rider who is trying to prepare for a specific event in about 16 weeks. Please note that this particular workout is designed for the "accumulation" phase of the season (training week # 6). 3S cycling workouts are produced in several viewing modes: "Easy" and "Pro". The Easy view offers effort-by-effort verbal description of daily workout, while the Pro view provides all details in one table. Each effort is designed to address a specific energy producing mechanism in order to produce a desired training effect.
